veredel costs a fixed monthly licence, however many locations or people order. You buy products and decoration at your dealer's prices, and veredel earns nothing on your orders.

Brand Shop costs €349 a month and Brand Shop Plus €699, excluding VAT. The more locations you have, the less you pay per location: with 100 locations, Brand Shop works out at €3.49 per location and month.

## The plans

**Brand Shop: €349 a month, excluding VAT.** One closed shop for all locations. Setup €990, waived on an annual contract. Cancel monthly.

- Reports and export
- Your own domain

## What a fixed price gets you

- **No margin on your goods.** In shops run by a dealer, the software is hidden in the price of the goods. With veredel you pay for it once and see it as its own line.
- **No minimum order value.** The licence depends neither on purchasing volume nor on the number of locations or users.
- **Your dealer stays your dealer.** They deliver at their own prices and invoice you directly.
- **Predictable.** One amount a month, cancellable monthly, and setup is waived on an annual contract.

## For procurement

- **One ordering route instead of many suppliers.** Marketing, HR, sales and locations order in the same shop, from the dealer you choose.
- **Budgets and cost centres.** Every order belongs to a location, team or cost centre. If the budget is not enough, head office decides.
- **Export instead of a year-end spreadsheet.** All orders and their status are in the shop, and you export them as CSV by month or period.
- **Invoices from the dealer.** The dealer invoices directly, as an e-invoice per cost centre. Brand Shop Plus connects veredel to your ERP system.

## Not included in the price

- **Products and decoration:** at your dealer's prices. The dealer delivers to the ordering location and invoices it directly.
- **Warehousing and shipping:** services of your dealer, based on their quote.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do we need a contract for each location?**
No. One shop and one contract cover every location of your organisation.

**How long does the contract run?**
Brand Shop and Brand Shop Plus can be cancelled monthly. On an annual contract, the one-off setup fee is waived.

**Does veredel earn money on orders?**
No. veredel receives the licence fee. Your dealer charges for products and decoration.

**What is the difference between Brand Shop and Brand Shop Plus?**
Brand Shop includes the closed shop with budgets per location, team or cost centre, approval by head office and print approval. Brand Shop Plus adds integrations with HR, ERP or CRM systems, custom approval rules, reports, single sign-on, your own domain and a personal contact.

**Who stores the goods?**
Your dealer, if you wish. They store pre-produced goods and ship on demand, to locations or to individual addresses, home offices included. The dealer charges for storage and shipping based on their quote.
