veredel is a shop platform for corporate clothing, promotional products and print, built for organisations with many locations. Organisations get a closed shop in their corporate design, from which branches, locations and partners order on their own. A promotional-products dealer delivers, handles the decoration and invoices directly.

## The name

veredel comes from the German verb veredeln. In the promotional-products trade it means applying a logo to a product by printing, embroidery or engraving. The name is written in lower case.

## How veredel makes money

veredel receives a monthly licence fee for each shop. It earns nothing on orders: the dealer sells products and decoration in their own name and at their own prices, and payments go directly to them.

## What veredel is not

- **Not a promotional-products dealer.** veredel sells no goods, has no warehouse and ships nothing.
- **Not an employee discount portal.** Organisations use veredel to order products in their own corporate design, not discounted branded goods for private purchase.
- **Not a shop for consumers.** The offer is for companies and organisations only.

## How veredel works

- **With dealers.** Promotional-products dealers run shops for their customers in veredel. Each dealer has its own catalogue, purchase prices and payment account. No other dealer sees them.
- **With separated data.** The database keeps each organisation's data apart, and veredel logs every change. More on the [data and security page](https://veredel.com/en/security).
- **Without tracking on veredel.com.** The website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.
