# One merch shop for every location

Updated: 7 October 2026. HTML version: https://veredel.com/en

veredel is shop software for organisations with many branches, locations or partners. Each organisation gets one closed shop in its own corporate design for corporate clothing, promotional products and print. A promotional-products dealer supplies and decorates the goods and invoices them directly.

## In short

veredel is the software, and your dealer delivers. Locations order on their own from an agreed range and within a budget, and head office decides when an order goes over it. A fixed licence from €349 a month covers any number of locations and users, and veredel takes no margin on your orders. In German, this kind of shop is called a Mitarbeitershop or Werbemittelshop; in English you may know it as an employee shop, company store or branded merchandise portal.

## How it works

1. **Agree the range once.** You choose products, logo and design together with your dealer.
2. **Order on site.** Branches, locations and partners pick from the agreed range, reorders included, within their budget.
3. **Receive the goods.** The dealer delivers to each location, handles or organises the decoration and invoices directly.

## Who it is for

- **Companies with several departments.** Marketing, HR, sales and purchasing order trade-fair clothing, giveaways, onboarding boxes and client gifts from one shared range, with a budget per team or cost centre.
- **Branch networks.** Each branch reorders workwear and point-of-sale material, delivered to its own address.
- **Franchise headquarters.** Partner businesses order clothing and marketing material in the brand design themselves, and the dealer invoices each partner directly.
- **Associations and non-profits.** Each regional or local chapter sees its own range with its own logo and orders on account.

## Frequently asked questions

**How is veredel different from a typical employee shop?**
Many employee and merchandise shops are run by a dealer who funds the software through the price of the goods. With veredel you pay a fixed monthly price for the software and order from your dealer at their prices. Location budgets, order approval and print approval are built in.

**What does veredel cost?**
Brand Shop costs €349 and Brand Shop Plus €699 a month, excluding VAT, for any number of locations and users. Setup costs €990 or €1,990 once and is waived on an annual contract. Your dealer charges for products and decoration, and veredel earns nothing on your orders.

**Do we need a contract for each location?**
No. One shop and one contract cover every location of your organisation. With 100 locations, Brand Shop works out at €3.49 per location and month.

**How long does onboarding take?**
A Brand Shop with an agreed range is usually ready in two to four weeks. With an HR or ERP integration and many locations, plan for six to eight weeks. Larger rollouts go live in stages.

**Can we keep our current dealer?**
Usually yes. In the demo we check whether your dealer can handle the range, the decoration and delivery to your locations. If you do not have a dealer, we put you in touch with a partner dealer.

**Where do you deliver?**
Shops deliver to addresses in Germany. If you need deliveries elsewhere, tell us in the demo.

**Where is our data processed?**
The application, database and files run in Frankfurt am Main. We sign a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR and name every subprocessor. Details are on the [data and security page](https://veredel.com/en/security).

**Can we work with you in English?**
Yes. The demo and onboarding can run in English, and shops are available in German and English.

**What happens after a demo request?**
We reply by email and suggest dates. Sending the request does not book an appointment yet.
